- What is The Storage Unit?
The Storage Unit; where you can find what you need, and get what you want. The Storage Unit (TSU) was started with you in mind! We have a passion for inclusion, sustainability, and the pursuit of happiness. The Storage Unit is not only inspired by the best memories of the past few decades, but also by the people who made those times so amazing.
- How are you handling COVID-19?
(Updated 12/03/20) Any humans that come into contact with your order, before being shipped, have been responsibly isolated since March 2020 by following CDC and WHO guidelines. Masks, disinfectants, and other safety precautions have been implemented. At TSU we take PPE (personal protective equipment) very seriously and thankfully have a small supply of masks and gloves. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
- Why should I sign up for emails?
If you sign up for our email service you'll be the first to know when we restock popular items, receive exclusive coupons and promotions, special gifts, and more! You can easily unsubscribe from our emails at anytime so give it a try and see what you think!
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes! The Storage Unit offers ‘accessible accessories’ to everyone, no matter where you're from! See our Shipping Info page for more information! If you have any difficulties placing an order please contact us.
- I'm allergic/sensitive to nickel, what is safe for me to wear?
- Who are the "Keepers?"
The title "keeper" is for those who love The Storage Unit, and what we stand for. Many of our supporters and patrons started collecting T.S.U. designs like Pokemon cards or Beanie Babies, so naturally we wanted to come up with a fitting nickname! Since you 'keep' things in a storage unit; special things, silly things, old things, weird things; we thought "keeper" would be the perfect fit.
- What is "TSU For Good?"
‘The Storage Unit, or T.S.U., For Good’ is the name of our charity program. Along with donating some of our proceeds each month to a variety of charities like Feedings America or Scholarship America, we also run special campaigns so you can actively participate in raising money. Several times a year we'll offer to donate a portion of your order to the charities most in need, follow us on Instagram and sign up for emails to get updates on who we're helping and how to participate!
- Can I purchase your products in bulk or wholesale?
Yes! Please contact us and let us know what products you're interested in, what quantity you think you'd like to buy, any other questions you have, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!
- My ears aren't pierced but I love your earrings!
Technically not a question, but we hear this a lot! We offer clip ons for every style that can be adapted. See the "Clip Ons" page under "Special Collections" to see what is available. Don't see what you're looking for? Contact us! See our Instagram for more photos featuring our clip-ons!
- When will this be restocked?
Some items are one-of-a-kind, limited stock, or have been discontinued. Make sure to check descriptions while shopping for this kind of information. We try to restock items on a regular basis, follow us on social media and sign up for our email newsletter for updates! Contact us if you have a question about a specific item.
- Do you have an affiliate or promotions program?
Yes! If you find yourself so in love with your TSU products that you want to tell the world, consider applying to officially promote for us! Please see the Affiliate Program page (scroll down to the bottom of this screen) to find information on what we're looking for, and how to apply. Please note, PayPal is required to receive payouts as an affiliate. Not all applications will be approved.
- Do you accept returns?
Please see our Returns Policy for more information on exchanges, refunds, and returns.
- My silver jewelry seems dull?
Silver jewelry can tarnish over time when worn often or after coming into contact with some chemicals. Take a soft piece of fabric, or silver polishing cloth, and gently rub the surface of the tarnished metal until the item is cleaned!
